Beautiful day in Eureka Springs, AR. I feel blessed to experience the Solar Eclipse tomorrow in a community full of creative spirit!

From what I have found, the eclipse will start in the northern hemisphere about 9:15 a.m. CST.

PREPARING FOR LITHA

I don't know what it is about Litha that has me wanting to get in and truly celebrate this turn of the wheel.
I've found a new gal on YouTube.. her name is Birdie. You'll find her channel, The Old Crow & Her Cottage by clicking HERE! She's a crafty sort of witch I identify with.
Bob comes home tomorrow but my plan is to have the tank (pool) set up today so the water can be warming up and to gather things for a Witch Ladder. I'd not heard of that one.

GODDESS GALA - Eureka Springs AR.

Just recently back from a solo writing retreat and channeled some amazing energy from Eureka Springs AR. If you've never been, you really must check out this lovely vacation spot.

I want to bring back the spotlight posts on the occasional Thursday. I should have a regular routine set up soon. In the mean time....
How many of you watched Romper Room as a child? I know I did!
Today, Miss Sandra comes to us from our devices via her YoutTube channel - Life Over Sixty With Sandra.
I came across Sandra's videos last week and am enthralled just listening to her voice. Here's a bit about Sandra from her YouTube description box:

never have had any cosmetic procedures, surgery, fillers or Botox. I film with
one light, no filters and no fancy camera, just on my iPhone. I am a no frills
and no pretense kind of woman.

Her YouTube channel - Life Over Sixty With Sandra may be geared towards those in our 'golden years', but a lot of what she talks about is valuable for a lot of people at most any age. Today's video share in particular. You don't have to be 'old' to need a reset. Everyone hits that point in their life and not all at the same age or maybe not just once.

THOUGHTFUL MONDAY

I'm back in the office and ready to work where a routine feels good.
I hope the new year and the recent Full Moon has charged you with lots of positive energy. In spite of the cold weather I am ready to plant seeds, both physically and metaphorically.
I've chosen a new book to use this year. Not a book really, but a daily note pad with a quote at the bottom of each page.
I purchased mine for around $4 at Beals. But I did find it on line HERE for a higher price so shop around in places like TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Ross, etc.
While I could do 'thoughtful Thursday' I thought starting our week out with a positive message fit better. While this book has 365, I'll only be post 51 (we're already down a week) so I'm covered for awhile. ;-)
From now on, the quote is all you'll see on Mondays.
I'm not sure how regular I'll be this month as I set up the new routine but things will settle in.
