THOUGHTFUL MONDAY & NEW MOON

 Merry Meet, friends!

I created the images for Mondays but apparently failed to post them here. I didn't realize until I came in to do the New Moon post so let's get back on track.

Now, let's talk New Moon energy!

While I've always been a moon child, lately I seem to be more focused on New Moons rather than Full Moons. I wonder if it's seasonal thing. We'll see as Spring gets closer.

If you're not aware, the New Moon begins the waxing energy. This is a time to focus on what you want to acquire in the next twenty-one days or so. Remember, Karate Kid with the 'wax on, wax off'? for the next fifteen days, I'll be focusing on what I want to bring into my life. This includes:

* my sewing space back in order
* peaceful terms with what I still need to do in the studio
* more items in my pantry - both seasonal items while they're on sale and the things I can put up with what I have.

At first I thought I got behind on that last one due to the cracked/ bruised ribs issue. But in the words of Amber McCue, I'm right on time. Things happen they way they are supposed to if we just open ourself  up and let go.

I know that seems like a lot in fifteen days. This is also a great time to begin planning the garden and planting 'seeds' for future cultivation; whether that be plants or within our lives in general.

My plan for this week is to clear the planner desk off so I can move established potted plants to that south window. From there, the entire glass plant table will be available for seed trays. The greenhouse still doesn't have adequate consistent temperatures for using that space just yet.

If you have trees to prune or leafy potted plants you want to divide, this is the perfect phase to do just that. This is the time to encourage new growth.

What do you want to acquire or build on in the next three weeks? Share in the comments below if you feel comfortable.

Blessed be!
